Chen Wenfu is mainly engaged in comprehensive research on the theory and cultivation techniques of rice super high yield breeding, and has created a batch of new plant type superior varieties, which have become the core parents for breeding new plant type super rice by the International Rice Research Institute; Develop multiple new varieties of super rice and promote them.
Chief Scientist: He Suicheng
Researcher, doctoral supervisor, Department of Biology, Peking University, Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Received special allowance from the State Council in 2008. He once served as the director of New Fertilizer Research Center of Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Long term engagement in microbial fertilizers and organic fertilizers
Research and development, as well as promotion and application of organic compound fertilizers. The three-dimensional fertilization theory, which combines biological fertilizers, organic fertilizers, and inorganic fertilizers, was first proposed in China. In recent years, we have mainly engaged in microbial pesticides, straw returning to the field, harmless treatment and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, bio organic fertilizers, and organic fertilizers replacing chemical fertilizers.
Propose and advocate the sustainable development concept of green agriculture and circular agriculture.
Main research projects:
Microbial fertilizers, microbial pesticides, organic fertilizers, bio organic fertilizers, amino acid water-soluble fertilizers, humic acid water-soluble fertilizers, etc.
Main awards:
In 1996, the multi biological organic compound fertilizer project won the second prize of the Chinese Academy of Sciences for scientific and technological progress;
In 2008, the project of diversified and long-lasting bio organic vegetable (corn) special fertilizer won the second prize of Liaoning Provincial Government's Science and Technology Progress Award
In 2010, the project of "Harmless Treatment and Source Utilization of Poultry Manure" won the second prize of Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
